Oklahoma Performing Arts recognizes that the arts can play a vital role in helping young people develop a greater appreciation for teaching and learning, be a catalyst for motivating students to be successful in their academic subject areas and their ultimate life pursuits. Help them discover their own personal voice and avenues for creative expression, and assist them in identifying ways to make a positive contribution to society. 

Oklahoma Performing Arts have provided so many valuable opportunities. The extra training as triple threat artists has enhanced many student’s talents in our Allenato program.  The invaluable experience these young artists receive has helped them shine on the stage, created many lasting friendships and built leadership skills that last a lifetime.

Your donation to Oklahoma Performing Arts is a solid investment in the lives of our youth. OPA is not just a “Dance” program. OPA provides the platform for students to mentor each other, build leadership skills and learn how to thrive in real-life challenges. The results are powerful! 98% of our students who complete the Allenato, go on to college and 98% of those attending college graduate. One student shared, “giving a speech for my student council elections was easy breezy because I have had the opportunity to speak in front of large groups during my time at OPA. I was calm and cool, unlike many of my friends!”
